OCTOBER 2019 ACTIVITIES



October 4-6 - Work of Christ Women's Conference (3PM-6PM)

Work of Christ has extended an invitation to the women of CADA for the WOC Women's Conference. The theme is "Know the Love of Christ which Surpasses Knowledge" (Ephesians 3:19). It will take place October 4-6 at Colombiere Conference Center in Clarkston, Michigan. October 6 - Community Gathering (3PM-6PM)

Please join us as we will hear personal testimonies of God's work in our lives, this will be a good time to share what God is doing in our lives. We will specially want to hear from the sisters who recently participated in the Word of Life and Work of Christ women's retreat. We will start with the praise and worship, followed by the talk. There will be a scheduled activity for children and middle schoolers. We will meet at St. Priscilla Church in Livonia (19120 Purlingbrook Rd. Livonia, MI 48152). Setup starts at 2:30PM and praise and worship starts at 3:15PM.

October 12 - Youth Prayer Meeting (7PM-9PM)

Please pray for our first ever youth prayer meeting. It will be held at the Azucena's residence from 7PM-9PM after dinner. For inquiries, please contact Jun Siwa.

October 20 - Community Gathering (3PM-6PM)

We will continue to hear a presentation or sharing regarding our the fruits of the Holy Spirit. We will send the details soon. We will start with the praise and worship, followed by the talk or sharing. There will be a scheduled activity for children and middle schoolers. We will meet at Mahany/Meininger Senior Community Center in Royal Oak (3500 Marais Royal Oak, MI 48073). Setup starts at 2:45PM and praise and worship starts at 3:00PM.

October 26 - CADA Community Fall Festival (9:30AM-1PM)

This year Fall Festival we will meet at Erwin Orchard (61475 Silver Lake Rd. South Lyon, MI 48178) from 9:30AM-1PM. We will start with a praise and worship and then we can do the different activities the orchard offer and we will conclude with a lunch together, you can still stay after that. CADA reserved a barn and we will provide donuts and ciders. The orchard offers barn dance, apple picking, petting farm, corn maze, train hay ride, play area and many more. It will surely be a fun day with friends and family.

$5 cover charge per person (5 years old and up). Please bring 1 pop/water per family (refrigerator and freezer is available for our use). Homemade foods and treats are very welcome.

Please wear a western attire. This is open to guests. Please pray for good weather.
